Refund Policy

TradeLab Pro is a digital SaaS subscription processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. The following terms govern refunds and cancellations.

Free Trial

TradeLab Pro includes a 7-day free trial. No payment is charged during the trial period. If you cancel your subscription before the trial ends, your payment method will not be charged and no refund is necessary.

To cancel during your trial, go to your account settings and cancel through the Paddle customer portal, or contact us at [email protected].

Subscriptions

TradeLab Pro is offered as a recurring subscription billed on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law (for example, the EU / UK statutory right of withdrawal, or mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction).

TradeLab is a digital SaaS product. By accessing Pro features after your trial ends, you acknowledge that the service has been performed and the right of withdrawal (where applicable) may be waived.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings (via the Paddle customer portal) or by contacting [email protected].

Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. You will continue to have access to all Pro features until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free tier.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period, except as required by law.

Failed Payments & Access

If a payment fails at renewal, Paddle will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after retries, access to Pro features will be suspended until the payment is resolved. You will be notified by email of any payment failures.

Exceptions & Legal Rights

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive / Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided you have not yet used the service. By accessing TradeLab Pro features before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may not apply.
