Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern the TradeLab Pro subscription plan and supplement our Terms of Service.
1. TradeLab Pro Plan
TradeLab Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks full access to TradeLab's features, including advanced analytics, multiple trading accounts, and priority support. A complete list of features is available on the Pricing page.
2. Free Trial
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial of TradeLab Pro. During the trial:
- You have full access to all Pro features.
- No payment is charged to your payment method.
- If you cancel before the 7-day trial period ends, you will not be billed.
By providing your payment details at checkout, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. You will receive a reminder before the trial ends.
3. Billing Cycles
TradeLab Pro is available on two billing cycles:
- Monthly: Billed once per calendar month. The price is shown at checkout.
- Yearly: Billed once per year as a single upfront charge. The effective monthly rate is lower than the monthly plan. The price is shown at checkout.
The billing cycle and price you select at checkout will be applied for all renewals unless you change or cancel your plan.
4. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. Paddle will charge your payment method on file for the applicable renewal amount.
You will receive an email notification from Paddle before each renewal. To avoid being charged for a new billing period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all TradeLab Pro transactions. This means:
- Paddle handles all payment processing, billing, and invoicing.
- Paddle is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST).
- Your payment receipt will show "Paddle" as the merchant.
- TradeLab does not store your card number or bank details — these are handled exclusively by Paddle.
By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the subscription price at any time. If the price changes, we will notify you in advance. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your TradeLab Pro subscription at any time through:
- Your account settings (Paddle customer portal link).
- Emailing us at [email protected].
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to all Pro features until that date. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free tier.
Cancelling during a free trial (before the trial ends) means no charge is applied.
8. Access Suspension for Non-Payment
If a scheduled payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), Paddle will attempt to retry the charge. If the payment remains unpaid after retries:
- Access to Pro features may be suspended.
- You will be notified by email to update your payment method.
- Your account data is preserved and will be accessible again once payment is resolved.
To update your payment method, use the Paddle customer portal accessible from your account settings.
9. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In general, subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or in cases of billing error.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of TradeLab Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
